I was a bit slow off the starting blocks doing my photo for February, so I decided to combine is with March’s blog!
I have had a few dry few months on the photography side of things recently. But the sun and blue skies have been very exciting and thoroughly enjoyable for both wildlife and photography!
Heading out one glorious day, I visited a favourite local woodland. On the edge of the car park, someone had put out bird food.
There were quite a few different species enjoying the food, but it was the way the light caught this brightly coloured Great Tit that caught my eye. I snapped a photo before the bird flew off, and I have chosen it for my photo for the month.
Stepping into m friend’s garden, I was well impressed to see so many species of bee in small space! This little Red Mason Bee is the one that caught my eye. I love how fuzzy they are!
